Special and/or sensitive personal data that we process

Our website and/or service do not intentionally collect data from visitors who are under 16 years of age, unless they have consent from their
parents or guardians. However, we cannot verify that a visitor is older than 16. We therefore recommend that parents involve themselves in their children’s online activities in order to prevent the collection of their data without parental consent. If you believe that we have collected personal data about a minor without that consent, please contact us at info@eraspo.nl, and we will delete this information.

Eraspo processes personal data for the following purposes:

Eraspo does not make decisions based on automated processing if it concerns matters that could have (significant) consequences for individuals. These decisions referred to are taken by computer programs or systems without human intervention (for example an employee at Eraspo).

Eraspo will only provide third parties with data if this is necessary for the performance of our agreement with you or in order to comply with a legal obligation.

Eraspo does not use cookies or similar technology.

Accessing, correcting or deleting your personal data

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw or object to consent that you may have given for personal data to be processed by Eraspo and you have the right to data portability. This means that you can submit a request to us for all personal data that we hold of you in a computer file to be submitted to you or any other organisation you have specified

You can submit a request to access, correct, delete or transfer your personal data or a request to withdraw your consent or object to processing of your personal data to info@eraspo.nl.

To ensure that the request to access was made by you, please submit a copy of your identity document with your request. To protect your privacy, please black out your passport photo, the MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and citizen service number (BSN) in this copy. We will respond as quickly as possible, but within four weeks, at your request.

Eraspo would also like to draw your attention to the fact that you have the option to lodge a complaint with the national regulator, the Dutch Data Protection Authority (DPA). This can be done using this link.

How we protect your personal data

Eraspo takes the protection of your personal data seriously and has taken appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access, unauthorised disclosure and unauthorised modification. If you believe that your personal data is not secure or that there are indications of misuse, please contact our customer service team or info@eraspo.nl.
